Package the merchandise carefully and send by registered mail. Insure it for the full amount on the invoice. To insure security, please make sure to exclude any terms as jewelry or diamonds, which indicates shipping of valuables. Heroic Jewelry cannot be held liable for theft or damage during return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted.
